I have lived in SB for almost a year now, and I can not say one bad thing about any aspect of my experience living here. The only complaint I ever had was with my neighbors being louder than I would want, and that problem was solved immediately when I brought it to the management's attention. I have never had a problem with parking; other than the incident I mentioned, I have no problems with hearing my neighbors too well; the grounds are kept beautiful all year round; I feel completely safe at Sugarbush, even taking nightly jogs around the complex, I have never felt my safety was jeopardized; I have only one recommendation with the construction and that would be some buildings could use a fresh coat of paint; the maintenance staff is wonderful and always readily available and visible on the property; the office staff is AMAZING!! I am always greeted with a smile and a genuine eagerness to address any concerns. Sue is wonderful and we are all blessed to have her! The staff sincerely cares about the property and the residents, and you can't put a price on that!!
