Overall, I really enjoyed living at Sugarbush. It is by far one of the the best apartments in Muncie.

I had some problems with neighbors who lived across the hall but they were evicted and after that things got better.

Maintaince is pretty good and even though part of the ceiling in my bathroom caved in, the leak was fixed and I didn't have any problems after that. The wiring isn't the best either. I had some problems when I got high speed internet but the Comcast man was able to fix it.

The only complaint I have is that when I moved out it took some time to get my security deposit back and then they tried to give me less then what I was entitled to. The error was eventually corrected and I recieved all of the money.

For a college town it's a good place to live and I actually stayed with AIMCO when I moved to Indianapolis and like my apartment here even better.
