I went in may to sign a lease with sugarbush, we were approved, signed the lease and told at the begining of june we would have an apartment number to move in on July 22. I called begining of june, they had not placed them yet. I called mid june still no apartment, finally I called July 1, they told me they were going to call me back never did. On Friday July 8 I called they informed me that the apartment I was slated for changed their mind 2 weeks ago and were staying, and they only realized this 3 days ago, however they did not call us during this time to inform us. I asked if there were any apartments available they said not until September. The leasing office offered no compensation, were very rude after I signed a lease, and paid the security deposit. I contacted the parent company and left a voicemail for the districe manager. I am very dissapointed in the management practices.
