Where to begin' We were forced to call maintenance all the time. Sometimes they were prompt and sometimes they were not. Unfortunately, the apartment was infested with bugs. And all of the fixtures are OLD. Our furnace just went out, and now we have to spend the weekend in an ice cold apartment with a little space heater--Sugarbush's concession to us with their old fixtures. Not appropriate. I am so sorry we ever signed the lease to live here.
