I would never recomend that anyone lease at Sugarbush. I moved here in the fall, and I'm ready break my lease, to go elsewhere. They have changed management companies, and all new office staff, with all new rules. They never bothered to inform us, the residents, of any of the changes. They aren't honoring the leases that we signed with the previous management company. Sugarbush has changed managers 3 times since I've been here. The manger and office staff when I moved here were all very friendly and knew my roommate and I by name. That is not the case now! The new managers, and office staff have been rude, and unable to answer any questions I've had. The only good thing I can say about Sugar Bush, is the maintenance is very quick to respond, but give it time, and I'm sure that will change too. Rent is too high here to be treated with such disregard. I can't wait to move!
