I am not a current resident in sugarbush anymore, but I lived there last year. I always had pretty good things to say about the place. The only things that ever bothered me was the parking issue at times and some people complained about noise when it was unneccisary. Other than that there were never any problems in our apartment. We never had to have maintenance come to our apartment for any reason. The pool was great, the balcony was nice to have and I loved the fact that if I WANTED to have a fire, especially on the second floor, I could. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Not sure about that 2nd floor fire thing...that is strictly against lease and code.
