The maintenance here is rediculous! You never know who to call and when you do they never show up! In the summer we had repeated problems of the air conditioner not working and now that it is 30 degrees out side (I actually saw snow this morning) we have no heat! They came on Wednesday of last week said they would be back the next day or the latest Friday (PROMISED ME) and now it has been a week and we called the office, they said someone would be here and they are a no show. Not to mention when we first moved in we put work orders in that have never been filled! We needed a new pull string for our closet light and we have never seen it! We are using a flashlight to pick out our clothes. The other work order was with another light and we were told not to worray about it and that it they were going to be replaced. Guess what' That's right never saw it! Here is another one for you...our dishwasher...We needed a new garbage disposal and that has something to do with the water going through the dishwasher, well they replaced the disposal but then they didn't use the switch so we had moldy water running through our dishes! Gross! When we move in our back porch smelt like dog pee, the result' They painted the back porch! We weren't here when the pool thing happened but rumor has it that the pool was contaminated at one time. Dirty... My advice would not be to move here. There are other apartments in this area and I am sure they would be a lot better.

I worked at sugar bush for a few month the head manager cinfuse & rude she is very mush wanting a different line of work because managment does not seem like something she is use to doing. also smokes like a feight train with an cough that sounds like it came fron the depths of the underground.
