I lived at SugarBush for 2 years. While the place is a little dated, it was great for a single college girl = right price, short commute to BSU campus, quite, safe community. While I'm sure the entire aparmtent complex greatly misses the long-term maintenence guy, Matt, the new mainentance staff was not that bad. The floor plan was great, the closet space was spectacular, and I had a fabulous view of the woods! Only serious complaint was the bugs (which come from living by the woods), and maintenance was very responsive to spraying my apartment - this always took care of the problem.
