I have lived in my two bedroom two bath apartment for about two years now. I love the aparment. It is set up great and a girl couldn't ask for better closet space for the price. I would recommend this place to anyone. There are a couple of issues. Parking is an issue during the school season with all the Ball State students. Sat. nights when I get home from work it is always hard to find a parking spot. Another issue with parking came up when a couple that lived in my building moved out last July. They had a handicap sign out in front of the building for them but when they moved out the office refused to take the sign down. So for seven months straight no one parked in that spot until the office needed the sign for another spot in front of another building. Other than that issue the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The maintance staff even will help dig out cars after a big snow. I've never used the pool but the fitness area is good.
