I lived at both Scheidler and Anthony apts.
I loved my stay at Anthony. Good price very affordable esp. for a student as utilites are included in the rent. Located right on campus. Maintainance is very good. They would come and fix the problem right away. I thought that the manager (gayle) is a little rude when it comes to talking to her about roommate issues and moving out, other than that you don't have to deal with her much. Other staff members are nice.

Apartments are very small, less space if 2 people want to share it esp. in Anthony. My apartment had pipelines out near the walls (not hidden), made it look like I am living in a basement or something. Walls are very very thin in Scheidler. I could hear my neighbors having sex, watching movies, walking up and down and talking. The floor used to squeek but all these problems are minimal in Anthony. Rooms at Scheidler are not the same size so if you have a roommate and you get the smaller room, all you can have in your room is your bed!!!

Parking is a problem sometimes at Anthony. Pets are not allowed and you can't live with your girl friend/boy friend unless you are married. Floors are not carpeted.

I would say my stay at Anthony had been very pleasant!
