My Wife and I live here with our 5 month old son. This place from the beginning looked like a very nice place to live, boy were we wrong. Let me start with the problems. Like the person above when we moved in things were broke and not working. We had to have our washer replaced 3 times in the first month, they just kept bringing a broken down washer out of storage instead of a new one. Then there was a fire that burned down the second apt building in about a year. After that there was the lady that move in upstairs with her 3 kids( 2br apt ). Not only were they never watched they were constantly leaving trash on my porch, running up and down the stairs knocking things off the walls, and leaving the back security door propped open. AT one point they were lighting firecrackers off on the gas and electrical meters. We actually called the police because the landlords said they couldnt do anything without the police documenting it. needless to say all this did was tick the lady off more and now she is harassing us any chance she gets, and no matter how times we call the police and the landlords nothing is done. Now let me continue.... the complex has still not payed their eletric bill, which means no hall lights, which makes this hell whole even more dangerous. Recently our water was shut off for non-payment by the complex for 3 days, very hard to mix infant formula without water. Okay, i'll stop ranting, but please save yourself and do not live here unless you are completely desperate, it is no worth it. Thank goodness we are moving to anderson soon. Walnut Manor Apartments is somewhere between the 4th and 5th rings hell.
