I have lived at Walnut Manor for almost a year and find it a quite enjoyable place to live. I have never had any problems with the management at this property, unlike what the other comments above me have stated. If I have had a complaint I followed the rules and put it in writing, submitted it to the manager and it was addressed immediately. I would highly reccommend this community. It has professional maintenance staff and the office workers are great!!

i've lived here for over a year & it's been enjoyable. yes, the water going out for 3 days was unbearable! i have a 2 yr.old son, so luckily we just stayed w/my sister. other than that the management staff have always been there when needed. the way i feel about being a tenant is BE A GOOD ONE & YOU'LL GET TREATED THE SAME BACK!!

Congradulations to you!!!!! My daughter also has not had any problems. Some of these people need to realize that landlords are not superman, they can't do everything. And some places do have problems thats life so they just need to get over it!
