I have not had any problems with the staff at Walnut Manor. The only problems I have had is that the children in the community are NOT watched or diciplined by their parents. I have had my vechiles messed with at night and the children seem to think that the inside corridor of the buildings are play areas. The management (Tammy) has been notified in writing of this issue alot by me and nothing has been really done about it.
Also the dog policy by the manager is NOT being withheld, the dogs are never on leashes or cleaned up afterwards. There are 3 LARGE dogs in my buliding. The total of 7 dogs in a building of eight apartments and 3 have no animals. The pet policy says only two animals per aprtment but at one point a woman in my building had 4, until a put a complaint in writing with pictures of the dogs, then management finally did something.
But over all it is good place to live. You just have to be patient with the kids in the community and the other residents with pets.
And I do have children of my own, I have four under the age of eight, and I can keep control of them on my own, what is wrong with everyone else doing so with thier children!

My daughter has also had problems with some children on the property also. If you know who the children are I would go and tell their parents or call the police and have them handle it. And yes people should keep control of their own children. And some people are just rude when it comes to there dogs and its waste! I have evicted tenats for that same reason. It smells and causes a problem with flies. If I was you I would clean it up and put it in a bag and knock on their door and give it to them, and tell them until they start cleaning it up you will continue to bring it to them in a bag. That will make them stop!
