I have been reading these reviews that people but on here and the responses. I must agree with one lady who said people need to realize that management are not superheros. They only have the power to do so much, they cannot work miracles, they are not the police. I have lived at Walnut Manor for over 2 years. While Pat was a good manager, you never seen her outside of the office, then we got a lady that we never seen on the property. Since Tammy has came to Walnut Manor you not only see her there during the day, but I have seen her out here at night walking the grounds. To me that is going above and beyond the call of duty. She knows what she is doing. What people need to realize is that it is an apartment community, I've lived in houses where the noise level wasn't bad, but things NEVER got fixed either. I enjoy living out here, I enjoy the staff, both maintenance and office. I think they are doing a wonderful job and do not get the credit. Instead all they get is grief. I wish any of you who posted the bad reviews would put yourselves in their shoes if only for one day. Kudos to Walnut Manor staff for being dedicated to your residents.
