I lived at Walnut Manor for almost 3yrs, recently moving to another city, and boy did I miss that place, we all can find a reason to complain complain complain, but we don't congratulate enough. I remember when Tammy did the big take over, and I must admit, she up'd her game, doing random inspections and responding to maintenience situations, in a timely fashion. It was a quiet place to live with the exceptions of the morning school children running through the buildings. Not much long ago, the residents went withoug water for 30 hrs (error on corperate's part for not paying bill) the communication to the residents were poor at this time, giving they always send notices about EVERY LITTLE THING. I now live in a quiet apt community, a beauty to look at, until you discover there is a serious bug problem, roly poly, spiders, ants, and beetles FLY BEETLES. I rarely saw a bug at Walnut Manor, a spider, every now and again, with that said WALNUT MANOR IS NOT BAD AFTER ALL. Good luck Tammy, you get 4 stars, ONLY BECAUSE, NO ONE IS PERFECT ;}
