As I said, it was LOUD. There is seemingly no sound insulation AT ALL-- I knew exactly where the guy above me was at every second of the day, as well as any ocnversation in the halls. The train tracks, 2 blocks away, mean that the horns blaring keep you up all night (I slept with earplugs, and could still hear them). Had leaks (eve when I wasn't on the top floor); one took over 6 months for them to fix, even though every time it rained it dripped on my bed. Green area in front is virtually unusable due to dog feces everywhere. Have finally moved out, but 4 months later do not have my deposit back, nor will the manager return any of my calls.
