I have lived at Windermere since they opened and haven't had one problem with them. As long as you pay your rent on time they don't bother you except to do these monthly inspections, which take about 2 minutes. Everyone in the office always treat me nice they have some hot guys that work in there! I'm renewing my lease again this year and my rent is going down $30 bucks a month. They are def. worth checking out.
