The management of Windermere is horrible and should be kicked out. They are over charging residents for damages that are the cause of faulty design, previous tenants, and repairs that they are to lazy to actually make. I was charged for broken bed boards that were found in most rooms in ALL apartments. This is obviously Windermere's fault and NOT mine. $100 is way to much when they did not even use my deposit to clean or paint. I feel bad for anyone who tries to live there and warn you DO NOT RENT AT WINDERMERE!!!!!!! (unless they get new management and change the way they treat people that are paying THEM to work)
