1st off, after starting with Windermere Place searching for apartments, I just went downhill from there. I went to college park right behind, and the cost of apts and amenities could not compete with those of Windermere. Upon signing my lease, we were taken on a tour and THERE ARE SO MANY AMENITIES! Free tanning, steam room, sauna, 2-story fitness center and game room. With the apartments come all major appliannces, as well as a couch, huge TV with Tv stand, free cable, internet, beds, drawer chests and not to mention, bar stools. The walls are painted which makes it feel home-y. The color of the kitchen counters is great and the linoleum and carpets make it look really luxurious! I would recommend this apartment to anyone!!! The office staff is nice and very helpful! They even offer fitness classes! They do monthy events, such as making residents candy apples and delivering them for FREE. They are at all the tailgating events for Ball State football, which makes it feel like they are here to support us as students as well as the Football team. I LOVE IT here!

Okay, leasing office staff..... you really need to find something better to do with your time (you know... when you busy NOT doing anything for your residents) then write over-zealous and completely false reviews. Yes, things like the candy apples are nice and much appreciated, but they don't make up for the bullsh** we have to put of with on a daily basis. Let's not kid ourselves... most apartments have significant wear and tear, and the "amenities" in the club house are a joke. Please don't embarrass yourselves by assuming potential leasers are as retarded as most of you. Oh, and Audra, learn some people skills and maybe stop dressing like a middle-aged hoochie who still thinks she can compete with the younger ones..."that's all."
