Ever since new mgt/staff took over this year - this place SUCKS. its like living in hell. the mgt. is THE MOST unprofessional group of ppl i have ever had to deal with. they do NOT care about ANY problems tenants may have. they make jokes about the situation and sit around the front desk telling everyone your business and laughing about it. when you call in, the mgrs tell the staff to tell the caller they are no longer in the office bc they are too lazy to deal with problems. the part time staff are a bunch of stuck up ------- who think they are the ---- bc they work for an apt. complex. no one does their job - they think its a 9-5 social event where you get to sit around and gossip and socialize. problems do not get solved, and the only thing that will help windermere is if they bring back the old manager, audra wise. she cared about the well-being of the tennants unlike tina and amy. if you have ANY concerns you want to have dealt with - GO TO CORPORATE bc this lazy/immature staff WILL NOT help you.

the ONLY good thing i have to say about windermere is that they have an amazing maintanance staff. they almost always come in the day you call or the next day @ most. they always knock before entering and are very respectful people.

3 years ago - i would have told EVERYONE to live here..but now, i wouldnt want stray animals coming near this place. ITS GOD AWFUL bc of the staff - STAY AWAY AND SIGN A LEASE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

DO NOT bring back AUDRA WISE...she is a witch! Tina and Amy are doing the best they can and they have helped me out so much! They have done a much better job than Audra b/c Audra was a kid herself and had no idea what she was doing when she was here.

I would rather have a kid running the place than the saggy cellulite queen who wears revealing shirts and WAY TOO TIGHT of pants old "wanna be" and her heartless sidekick who's there now (At least she's in the office a little more than Tina, Not that it does ANY good, Hell, ONE child could do a much better job than the two of them combined. I only knew Audra for few months because I moved in mid-semester, but she was actually there when you needed her. BUT now,I have called the office NUMEROUS times and it seems like everyone always covers for Tina because I NEVER see her car in the parking lot. I leave messages and still no response. Finally, I did call corporate and complained and guess what...I got out of my lease!! and I'm willing to bet than you could too. They don't like confrontation and they know the way they run their business violates SO MANY laws that they will do just about anything to prevent any more negative attention. GO FIGURE, LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE

I agree! This is ridiculous. Behind the counter the employees and management are terrible! I wouldn't waste your time with anything. You have to be careful what you complain about because what you say to one person, trickles to them all! They are not trained well, all of them. Try and fix the problem yourself if you can. Tina needs to be fired. That's all. It looks nice but it definitely is a place where I would not recommend anyone to live. They have messed up my rent so many times and I've tried to actually tell them that they were GIVING me money and they could not understand it. I feel as if I am speaking with 8 year olds when I walk in there. Good luck if you move in, you will need it.

Do any of you realize how much hard work tina puts into her job? you dont! and you know why? its because you are just little CHILDREN who have no idea what responsibility is! Half of you residents go to your mommy's and daddy's to go to the management cause you cant handle it. who are you to judge when half of you people on here are hypocrites and liars. so dont just sit there and write stupid things about people who work everyday to give YOU a place to live. if I were you i would shut my mouth! You should be thanking the management instead of trying to get people fired. people like you dont deserve to live in a great developement like this. If you dont like it so much, then leave! Excuse me. I don't take well to pathetic people who are trying to find excuses for a poor management and big mistakes. I don't have a mommy and daddy to pay my bills or my rent I take care of myself. I pay for this cheap ass ------- ------ dump with my hard earned money. Now don't you sit there and try and tell me that you KNOW us. You need to ------- sit your ass down and shut your face. Obviously you don't know what a nice place looks like. I pay over 750 dollars for this place, when I need something fixed, oh you believe you butt I want it fixed. This IS an apartment. This is why people live here. Going to school full time, having a family, working full time, and many other things are why people pay for other to take care of their yards and other things. We pay for it, we are entitled to it. You must be a darn good friend of this women. She gets paid to take care of us. It is her job. She should be doing so. Frankly, you make me sick. I get paid to serve people and I do my darn best and give people what they want and treat them kindly. It is my job and I want to keep it. I also want to make my customers happy. Tina should be doing the same and she isn't. My neighbors should be evicted and instead they threaten to evict my neighbor if doesn't stop complaining to make Tina's live easier. She needs to do her job. I am done being professional with this place, I guess you have to be a ----- threaten them too. To all of you parents and student who are thinking about moving here, please save you money for a place that you children and you will feel comfortable and safe. This place is not worth your time or money. I would never want my children to live here, and YES I would be calling this place to ----- Tina out too if I was a parent. Trust me if you sign, you'll be begging to get out. ALL of the people I know here can not stand Tina and are trying to get out of their leases anyway they can.

I lived in Windermere in 2004 and 2005 when the place had first opened. The very first property manager, Becky, was great. For some reason, she stepped down after a couple of months, and everything went to ---- after that. Audra was terrible by the way. I am not aware of the new managment, but Audra was awful. I would generally have my rent paid several months in advance, and Audra would give me late fee notices almost every month. I was also fined for numerous things that didn't happen, and if I ever needed anything fixed or anything done, it was never attended to. Audra Wise was a terrible property manager and having her back would be to no ones advantage.
