hello how about the 590 people there who have good things to say and there are 10 people who have bad things to say hmmmm sounds like good place to live to me.

While I agree that the past management was bad, the statement "when they know they have bad people they get rid of them" could not be further from the truth. Audra was there for 3 years too long. She had NUMEROUS complaints made against her from TONS of different people. The fact that it took 3 years to say goodbye to her suggests corporate problems. I certainly hope that things have been cleaned up at this property...but it was definitely a process that took WAY longer than necessary.

who ever wrote the bad review sucks and must have had something go worng and did not get there way because most college kids are spoiled and if all things dont go there way then they have to talk bad about people thats childish but whatever .If corprate takes any of this serious then they really dont know how to run a business. sure its good to have good ratings but you cant go by a few stupid childish kids that didint get there way!

I am sure that if it was a few people who had problems then it would be different. I have had nothing but problems with this place. How would you like to live next to people who party so hard they break you things on your wall. Maybe you would like it better when they tell you that you have to pay for statements to prove that you paid your rent and your deposits. I already had the proof, but it wasn't good enough and they don't keep records. That is so very wise of a good managed company. I also wonder if you would like to move into your apartment with your appliances, that you paid to have, don't even work. HELLO. This is a big deal. I PAY FOR IT. I am not a child and I would like to be respected. I have deserved the right to be treated with dignity. I have school and work and I don't want to wake up at 2 or 3 in the morning to a bunch of snobby little girls partying, screaming, fighting, and screwing around with guys all over my patio that I pay for. Windermere doesn't give care about this. I have a right to my peace and they have violated the lease and ,my right and I will call the cops on them again and again, and I will complain until maybe Windermere gets the hint. I have yet to see results.

This is for the 2008-09 year: DON'T LIVE HERE. The positive comments you read are probably from management trying to save their own hides. (WHY WOULD A RESIDENT HAPPY WITH WINDERMERE POST ON HERE, LET ALONE DEFEND THE PLACE?!!) I signed early (NOV.) and took a $10 increase in rent to avoid a $35 increase, which was indicated by e-mails they sent out around October. They gave me and my roommates 2 WEEKS to decide if we would live here in order to keep our old rent. We took til Nov. to decide and took the 10 increase. "Rooms are filling up fast" is what they were saying in numerous e-mails. NOW (IN FEB.) THEY ARE DESPERATE because many rooms are EMPTY... they are offering the old rate for anyone who resigns and refuse to give me my old rate even though I FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS AND SIGNED EARLY. THEY OWE ME $120. They don't care about you, just your money...that's why you sign so early, so if anything happens, you're bound by contract.
AVOID THIS PLACE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE.
