Do not live here unless you have all of your bedrooms filled and you will never complain about anything. The apartments are amazing: they are spacious, furnished, and pretty much anything a college student could want. But the management does everything in their power to get your money and then couldn't care less about you. They lie about anything and then once you sign claim they never said it. We live in a 4 bedroom and there are only 2 of us. We were told that they would never put someone in with us that we didn't approve and that if they needed the bedrooms they would move us to a 3 or 2 bedroom for the same price. Once we signed the contracts and couldn't find roommates, we were told that this was a lie and we were never told this (other people we talked to about joining with were told the same thing). Then, once most of the rooms were filled, they started calling us to say that they had someone who might sign a contract and if she does she will be put in our apartment without us ever meeting her. That's a huge safety risk, I think. And because I argued with management about lying to us, they now will not contact me. They will only call my roommate, so she constantly has to tell me when people are talking about moving into our house. And their off-hours maintanence man doesn't live in Muncie, so if something goes wrong and it's not considered an "emergency", you have to deal with it. Everything else is great here--great parking, rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, your own washer, drying, and dishwasher!--but the management just ruins it, and is the reason I am moving out as soon as possible.
