The management is HORRIBLE and will constantly find ways to swindle you out of your money.
CASE IN POINT: For the 2009 year to resign, you had to resign or the rates would be raised by $10 per month if I didn't sign for the 09-10 year by Nov. 30 and then $35 per month after that date. So 385 bucks! WHEW...I couldnt' afford that so I resigned under the 360 rate before Nov. 30, and now they are so desperate for people to fill the empty rooms they have a new deal.
HERE'S WHERE IT GETS FISHY... They kept sending e-mails in December about rooms filling up fast... LIES. Now, they are so desperate they are offering people their old rate (350 for me this year, but I signed for 360 next year) for another year plus 100 bucks off. Wait... I just signed for $360 per month next year, so that means they owe me $120 to be fair for those who signed EARLY AND FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS? WRONG. They equated the situation to buying a car... THEY DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT YOUR SITUATION IS. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY.
So instead of paying 350 per month, I pay 360 per month...I feel sorry for those who signed at 385...
SO, DO NOT LIVE HERE. LISTEN TO THE OTHER PEOPLE. DON'T GIVE GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE CORPORATE PIGS.
