This is a nice apartment. We have enjoyed living here. However, when we first moved in the rent was good only 548 a month then they moved it to 574 I was like, okay that is still good for a three bedroom apartment. So I re signed a new lease. Well my third year of living here is coming up soon...and they want to raise my rent again to 600 dollars a month. That is just flat out riduclous for a place that needs new carpet and people keep trying to break in. I am so tired of it. Last year when I signed my lease they said they would not raise it again. Don't take anything these people say from the goats mouth! P.S. The playground is dangerous and needs fixing...I don't take my kids there. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

You are only paying $574 for a 3 bedroom. What do you expect? That won't even buy a 1 bedroom in Greenwood.
