In the time I have lived in this complex it has been hard to get the many turned over management teams to complete any one repair the CORRECT way the first time.

Every year the air conditioner in my apartment alone needs to be recharged and instead of replacing the part needed they only mask (temporarily) fix the problem.

There also seems to be an allowance of many nuisances on the premisise. Parking now seems to have it's own issues as well so make sure you read your lease THOROUGHLY to see what it states!

The insulation of the apartments is not good either. Even though heat is included in the rent, you will find that running the air in the summer will cost you over $100.00 per month!

I will not be signing a new lease, after it taking this long I think I should have realized sooner that Oak Crest just doesn?t care!!!

I have also seen a couple of million legged creatures in my apartment! Cracks in some of the ceilings and fixutres breaking all the time. This is definitely NOT a place you want to raise your children at!
