These apartments are older units and calls to maintenance are regular. Sometimes maintenance responds fast and sometimes not. If your problem involves bringing in an outside crew to fix, it is often ignored.
The apartments have inside hallways that are not cleaned very often and become dirty fast. The doors do not shut properly so in the winter the halls are cold.
These apartments have had a few fires since i moved here in March. Be careful renting here!
The dog poo recepticles are left unemptied. The one in the doggie park has been without bags and unemptied for a few months now.
