It wasn't very bad when i first moved in. It was relatively quiet in my building and it seemed clean enough. However, it has gone downhill every since. The new tenants that have moved in are noisy and inconsiderate and complaing to the office does no good.I will not even let me children play outside because of all the "bad apples" that have moved in. The office leaves little notes on everyones door saying we have to "be quiet"... wow, way to enforce the rules!! I'm sure that has really scared the noisy tenants!! The common areas are filthy and there is always trash laying aroud the dumpsters because they do not schedule to have the trash picked up enough. Then, there is the pool... God, where do I begin' It should be used as a test area for bacterial growth. It seemed to be well maintained the first summer I lived here, but it was nasty this year (when the pool was open at all!). Beware, beware, beware future renters!!! The place is going down hill and going downhill fast!! Whoever is in charge of these apartments has decided to make money by charging more rent and being cheap in every other area.
