I completley agree with that post. Not only is maintenance horrible one unit has had a blue tarp over its roof for several months. The apartments were to install new roofs this summer and never did.
These apartments are having serious financial problems. they have discontinued thier outside billing service with AUM for water, sewer and trash bills (THIS WAS INCLUDED IN THE RENT UNTIL THIS YEAR) and now charge an excessive amount. My bill ran $27.00 per month with AUM and now the apartment complex is attempting to charge me $55 per month inclouding a month in advance for these services. This is no doubt price gouging and a desperate attempt to milk the residence for additional funds.
The hallways are never cleaned and the dog waste disposal dispensers are not emptied leaving a stench around them and in the doggie park.
