I've lived at Knobs Pointe for over a year (I just renewed) and really like it. I use the pool a lot and have not found one thing wrong with it. The fitness center is nice too (great treadmills if you like to run). My apartment is nice and more updated than the others I looked at in the area. I haven't had any troubles with my apartment or my neighbors, which is more than I can say for the last place I lived at. I guess people will always complain, but I don't see anything wrong with this place and the price is very reasonable.
