Unprofessional, Unethical and thank heavens we didnt sign the lease!

We put money down as a deposit against an assigned unit, only to discover (per chance) that the same unit had been alloted and people had moved in. All the while the staff kept telling all sorts of lies about the apartment being repaired etc etc blaah blaah and such BS. Finally when we questioned the staff they started playing the blame game. The junior guy says someone elses knows, then someone else says the manager knows and the manager hides in a hole somewhere. After a lot of coaxing and heated debates finally we got our deposit back.

Certainly reporting this to the better business folks!

If you need nice houses just come to Louisville. The Knobspointe place sucks and what sucks more are the people handling and managing it.
We also got to hear of the meth labs and the repeated fires that keep taking place there. We are thrilled that we dont live there.

Also, the doctored reviews are pretty easy to decipher as the same language usage occurs again and again and we all know whos writing those GREAT reviews. Huh. LOSERS!
