I ended up with Roaches in my apartment while living here. We had continuous maintenance problems that was a huge hassel. We had to live with a huge stinking cat pee spot in my daughters room because the carpet cleaners couldn't get rid of it. The carpet through out the whole house should have been changed prier to us moving in. There were continous spots coming up throughout that kept coming up after being shampooed. Closet doors didn't work right. After moving in I had two different men try the handle to my apartment to let themselves in, one even triied to force the door open, Thanks God it was locked and my dog was going off at the door. A simple fix always turned into a huge mess because the apartments were so old and unmaintained. Sometimes things were fixed to hold up temperarely and never fixed properly. They claim there under a million dollar renovation, HA HA - Very Much needed but not done yet. I lived there a little over a year and hated every month of it. A just divorced, single mom, I got stuck here. They have a huge pool that looks beautiful, but they can't keep it maintained. Residence continiously cutting there feet on the bottom and kids busting there face and stuff on the rim because they don't know how to keep the rubber pieces on. Balconies are falling apart, beware. Management is very unprofessional. Weight room and fitness equipment usually broken and cheap. Pool table sticks usually broken and triangle. Don't let the great looking club house fool you or the models that they show you, it's all a front. They have a fabulous looking website to boot. Cops and firetrucks were there on a regular basis. We even found out we had neighbors starting a methlab. I ended up having serious electrical problems in numerous outlets. Please take my word and don't rent here, they offer a $200 referral that I could have had several times but I told them they would not want to live at Knobs Pointe Apt. They have changed there names so many times to get away from God nows what.
