I've lived here for two years and I've been satisfied with my stay here. My rent is less than everywhere in town. I got in on a special and expected my rent to go way up after my first lease, but it only went up a little so it's still cheaper than anywhere else. The pool and clubhouse are nice. I've had no trouble with maintenance or anyone else. I think if you keep to yourself this is a nice place to live.
