As a former employee of this property (who left on good terms with the company) I do not recommend this place to anyone. Speaking from the the inside, there are structural problems with almost all of the buildings and they have apartments flood every time it rains. There is a rampant mold and mildew problem that is never properly taken care of. The maintenance staff is not given the funds or the permission to actually fix the problems that do arise. They are just able patch it and then, inevidibly, they have to go back over and over again for the same issue. The other management staff, while generally pleasant, assume everyone one is a liar and out to screw them over. I have left this position because I could not ethically and morally lease these apartments to people when I know that there are going to be potentially dangerous health issues and numerous maintenance issues.
