These are the dirtest, oldest, cheapest made apartments in New Albany. The maintanience is very slow, if they come at all. I can never get a moments peace because the walls are thin as paper. Kids are everywhere and are not watched, so they run around like punks. The grounds are always littered with trash, the utilies are really high, and the top floor of my townhouse is never cool. Please DO NOT move here unless you just want to waste abunch of money, cause trust me you will be wanting to break your lease!
