I have lived at Sheffield for quite a while and have never had any problems. In fact I have lived in two different apts. First a 2 bedroom townhome than a 3 bedroom flat. My room mates and I all attend college and work full time. We have had zero problems with quiet and we have had no problems with being comfortable in our apt. I have had to call maintenance 2x's once for our air conditioner not cooling and once for our toilets running. The a/c was fixed that day and the toilets were fixed within 24 hours, so, I cannot complain. The ladies in the office our wonderful they let me use the fax machine and when my printer was down they let me use their computer and printer to print out some home work assignments. We have recomended Sheffield to others and will always do so.
