yes,the manager and most of the time the assistant are pretty nice people. They are pleasant and helpful in person. So are the maintence staff.

Now for the bad stuff. When work orders are places, it takes FOREVER to get things repaired. When they are done, half of the time it wasn't repaired properly. The buildings and grounds can also be rather dirty. I have seen the same burnt out light bulbs and cobwebs for years. The cleaning of the buildings is a joke!! Not to mention that we have had a major storm and the parking lots are a mess. As nice as the staff is, they really drop the ball on the basic issues. If you beg to differ, come walk around this place.
