My family and I have had nothing but a pleasent experience here in the confort of the square. We live in a 3 beedroom flat that was in immaculate condition prior to our move in date, which was a bit of a surprise considering previous apartments I have lived in. Our apartment was furnished with new carpet, ( or what looked brand new ) freshly painted walls, properly running appliances, and all minor things such as lighting fixtaures/ showers ect... were just as they should be. Anyone that has leased from local communities such as Sheffield are surly aware that these basics are NOT always provided before one's move in date.
In the occurance of an issue it has been equally as convenient. Just a quick call to the lovely ladies in the office that time after time go out of their way to go the extra mile. Once they write up a work order the maintenance guys are in route. I must point out that these apartments were built aprox. 30 years ago so things are going to occationally occur but management and maintenance coordinate their efforts to deal with high priorities 1st. Personally we have not had any major maintenance required but even with minor issues it has not taken more than 48 hours.
In regaurds to the grounds, and noise I find the grounds are constantly attended to ( without trash, and regularly maintained ) ,and the noise is non-exsistant. We have families that live all around us with small children and never once a noise issue. Another reason for our choosing to move here is the parking lot lighting. I believe it gives a safer atmosphere for women that work or may be getting home really late @ night.
Everyday I enjoy living here a little more! It's a hassle free community that allows my pet and gives me privacy. Must I say anythng about the appealing pool and patio area! I have several friends that live here as well as made a few and I recommend it to ANYONE!
