This complex is not business like or professional. They change employees faster than residents. The playground is small. All children must be accompanied by an adult to play there. The basketball courts are not maintained. The whole complex is not maintained. All they do is threaten the residents into complying with the rules. There are drugs dealt out of the apartments. There is no security per se. The resident security officer is a resident but he works lots of hours leaving the complex unattended. They have had a fire in the Second Phase. They do not clean the gutters or vents in the roof. The construction was haphazard and materials were sub-standard. They do not follow the lease. They will keep the deposit in any manner that they can. They do not care if you are disabled when assigning apartments.
