I lived in here for two years. My boyfriend and I moved in and the apartments were very nice and brand new. Every other month the office would put eviction notices on our door b/c the front office never sent our rent checks in. They lost our checks a dozen times and always acted like we never paid. We had to go down and show our receipt every time. We've been out for years but now that we are again searching for apartments I realized how important it is to rate places so you know what your getting into.
The bugs were ridiculous! Typically those huge black jumping spiders were the ones to get into laundry on your front door and waiting to enter. They never spray for any kind of bugs so your pretty screwed. The fleas were so stupid we couldn't get rid of them! We just kept getting them back and we were NEVER outside and we don't have any animals!
The maintenance guy that was there was super sweet and always came to help you out if you were out to seek him. If you called the front desk NO ONE would EVER answer!!! Every time I was in there she ignored it b/c she was on the computer. We went through about 5 different managers while we were there. Many others also. With our hustle and bustle on moving out they again said we didn't pay our last month which we did and they are now filing papers to sue us. Which is absolutely ridiculous!! First of all after all this time they are now trying to get their money... they want money to paint after we moved which they do anyways.. But we lived there for two years and it wasn't bad when we left at all just looked like we had lived there for two years! Also they charged $20 a bag to take out trash left in bags b/c the garbage was so over filled we left it on the top breeze way for them to take when it was ready to go...

I would never recommend to anyone to live there again. Many ppl living there are on assistance and only pay $20 a month for the 4 bedrooms. If thats how much we'd have paid I would recommend it but since we paid a lot more I wouldn't!
BTW, if anyone recommends this place they are a joke and probably ppl who work there trying to boost their ratings!
