I found these apartments on apartment ratings and couldn't really think of where they were, because some really ugly apartments used to be where these are. They are right across from the old Welborn Clinic and got rebuilt after newburghs bad tornado. When I found them I got out of my car and took a look around. Pets must be a-ok becuase I saw one dog and heard another. I took a look with the leasing lady in July and that dog was still barking. I'm not sure the leasing lady noticed and I didn't say anything but nothins worse than an ankle bitter with no muzzle. I looked at 2 units, The basement ones are pretty dark-thats where the barking was coming from- but the other one was better. The barking dog thing seems to be a real problem though. I have a friend whos a golf pro and teaches a lady that lives there and she says shes seen it all at these apartments. I decided to rent a house close to alcoa where I work, its out in the middle of nowhere and a little more money but its been great so far.

It clearly shows in their advertising that they take small pets. I hate to tell you, but if you get a neighbor with a dog it will bark too. I drive by there every day and I see the same two men walking their dogs on a leash with their pick up bags with them. Any pet can can get upset when they are in unfamiliar circumstances. I have never noticed any issues over there!

These are actually some of the nicest 2 bedroom apts in the Newburgh area ~~ I have found to be a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
