At first glance, the apartments look quite nice.

Some have vaulted ceilings with rustic beams, which are a nice touch.
However, the problem isn't the apartments themselves, but the people they let move in.

When my girlfriend and I first moved in, we were expecting a very quiet, peaceful place to live.

We had an older couple living beneath us, and their television was sometimes loud, but nothing too bad.

They moved out, and for about a week, things were good.

Then we had about four or five guys move in next to us, fresh out of high school.

They're seriously the worst neighbors we've ever had.

They use our property without permission, leave cigarette butts all over the shared deck, spit over the deck railing (one time, hitting my girlfriend with said spit), and putting gum on the back of her car.
We've made multiple complaints, all of which went unanswered.
When we moved in, we made a very specific request for quiet surroundings.
Then, about two weeks ago, we got new neighbors below us.

This couple likes to play music at deafening levels that rattle the walls and vibrate the floors, and honestly can't understand why we get upset.
The staff is nice enough, though not as helpful as we'd like.
