*Rent went sky high strangely after construction of phase II which they were granted 6 million dollars to complete yet no updating on 1 or 2 bedrooms.
*Very inefficient in 1 and 2 bedrooms.
*Maintenance aren't qualified. They are however quick to respond.
*Noisy neighbors, kids and teenagers running a muck, child molesters ...
*Office treats people however they want if their having a bad day.
*Pools open whenever they want it to be.

I could go on but really it's not worth it cause tenets concerns don't mean a thing.

I agree with you. I have lived here several years and now it's trash. They promised they wouldn't raise the rent much and they are killing me. The people they are letting live there are partying all night long and the child molesters are around tons of children. I don't think I'm renewing my contract. I'm over it!!!!!
