This place is terrible in a lot of ways:
-The maintanance and upkeep of the place is a joke. The whole place is understaffed and the people they do have working dont know what they are doing.
-The original construction and/or remodeling is completely slopped together.
-Horrible energy efficiency, insanely drafty windows, outdated everything.
-The management is up to par in some ways while lacking in other respects.
-Loud tenants, constant noise, roaming teenagers, child molesters living in your building... the only reason its safe at all is because of a sheriff and special agent that live in the front of the complexes.
-OVERPRICED!!!!!!!
