I lived there for about 5 years. Now they let any and everyone live here. I just moved out and they are charging me for the renovation of the apartment for the next tenant. They are charging me for the damage that was done proir to me living here. I wouldn't suggest you move in here at all. They ALWAYS raise your rent and will tell you otherwise but don't believe them. The --- girls in the office and rude and don't need to be working with the public. The electric is outragious. I think the walls are too thin and all the air escapes so for a one bedroom expect to pay atleast 200.00 per month. YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS AND I BEG OF YOU, TAKE THEM.

Did you not fill out a move IN --eet when you moved in? If you did, then it --ould have what was wrong with the apartment. If you was under a lease, they can not just raise the rent so you need to look into this. Did you get evicted and this maybe the problem? No I wasn't convicted and YES they did raise the rent EVERY year!!!!No need to talk as I filed 3 complaints with different agencies so my lawyor will do that...Thanks.
