I have lived here for over 3 years, foolishly, and the maintenance here is PATHETIC.
The manager, Carl Bryan, is too cheap to properly fix my air conditioner in a timely manner.
This is the 3rd summer I have been here, and it has went out every year.
Instead of properly replacing the old, worn out unit as heating and air contractors have told him, he continues to just fix it good enough for the time being.
He has made me stay in this upstairs apartment with children, pets, and an ill parent with it around 90 degrees in the apartment because he would not pay a service call to get it fixed then.
He will not answer your calls also once he knows there is a problem.
He ignores you even though you are a paying, good tenant.
He is rude to tenants and treats you like you don't matter.
When confronted with the problem with my air he told me "if I'm not happy with where I live to find somewhere else".
What kind of thing is that to say to you tenant who pay you to live here and just expects their aair to work!!!!''' DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU WILL BE VERY UNHAPPY!!!!

sorry you feel that way. I sold the apartments to to Bryan's in September 2002. I tried very hard to keep things up when I owned them.
