Brand New What a place. Brand new apartments almost 1000 square feet and they are cheaper then most other new places. Convenient to all shopping in Newburgh and a short drive to 66 so only minutes to Evansville. Well constructed and super quiet.

*Very inefficient in 1 and 2 bedrooms.
