Deer Chase Apartments are not the place for someone who has smoke allergies or someone who doesn't like smelling cigarette smoke.
When the smoke filtrates in from the smoker's apartment into yours, you find you cant use all of your apartment as the smell and smoke is so bad. It has been over 3 months and management has not completed their task of finding a solution.

Well, the final outcome is still they did not solve the problem, so after 5 months I decided to move out. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. The buildings are cheaply constructed and have poor insulation. I am so glad to have moved out as finally NOW i can breathe in a clean, normal,fresh air environment, not one that is filtrated with cigarette smoke.

there is no smoking in the apartments so i dont know what youre complaining about. thanks

there is too smoking in the apartments! There is nothing in the lease saying that these are non smoking apartments...Geek98 i don't know who you are but I think your commenting about the wrong apartments!
