I have never had so many problems at an apartment as I have had here. The office staff is less than helpful and even before we moved in we would have to drive 45 minutes if we had a question to ask because no one ever answers the phone. I needed to get a hold of maintenance and called the pager at least five times over two days and NEVER received a reponse. I always wonder if I'm getting my mail because the mail service is horrible. Don't expect the parking lot to be plowed for a few days after it snows, and even then there are cars that take up more than one parking spot so be prepared to park far away from your building. Just driving around the parking lot I'm afraid of either hitting a child or another car speeding around a corner. I can't wait to get out of here!

I believe the reviews have a lot of anger and dissapointment in them, by any chance can they replace the men or women who are furnishing the maintanence?? I beleive that service creates a smile and in order for me to have a good attitude about where I live then we need excellent service

I agree with the office staff being less than helpful. I was looking to move into these apts and I called atleast 15 times before I got an answer(even after leaving messages) Then I drove over an hour to go see an appt and the office girl closed the office to hang out with her boyfriend while we sat in our car and waited for her to decide to reopen. Then we actually still wanted to turn in an application but when I still got no response from the office about a couple of questions after numerous tries, I just gave up and decided to rent somewhere else.

Yes I can truly say that children playing and running in the streets was a problem when I lived there too. Parking was a real problem too; as you were lucky if you got to park in front of your building! Usually you had to park and walk!
