I understand for some people this might be a great place to live but for me...its awful! The younger woman in the office, the office manager, though not always reachable, is nice enough and genuinly seems concerned. The older lady....she's useless. I really feel she thinks she owns this place! She always has this stuck up attitude and seems to be annoyed when you have a problem. Mail is unpredictable. You never know what time it'll be here or if you will get your mail for the day. Children run rampant around here. Parents don't seem to care. If you have small children you're left with nothing at the complex. The playground is not set up for smaller children; they have no slides and the "toddler" swings are a joke! My 3 year old daughter fell right through and since they have a chain, she scraped up her face! People drive so crazy around here. When I'm outside I usually yell at someone to slow down. You see people driving through here going 30-40 mph and the speed limit is 10! I understand mantinence can't get to everyone right away. Sometimes I've had great run ins with them, she show up within a couple days of my calls and then other times they have yet to be resolved. We've found mold in our apartment and in our outdoor storage area and neither has been cleared. Because of the mold things of ours has been destroyed. The garages are set up horribly, totally blocking your view and the roads are so narrow. I hate driving during busy times due to the fact that I've had many near collisions! They are incomed based which i see is a great thing for many people..unfotunantly we didn't qualify for it. We don't make great money...its simply that both of us work that put us over the edge. If you have 2 or more employed in the household at more than minimum wage you won't qualify. I don't feel this is a safe place for children. The space of the apartments is nice so if you're willing to put up with all the bad just for more room then I say go for it, but if you're more worried about the quality and safety, this isn't the place for you!
