Do not move here! It's a serious mistake! The office staff at Deer Chase is awful. I moved in last November and still there is missing drywall around one of my outlits. The office is well aware of it like they were when I moved in, and still have made no attempt to fix it. I don't expect it to get fixed before my lease is up. The parking situation sucks, there is a lack of spaces and now that all of the units are being filled, there seems to be just a handfull of spaces left in the whole complex when I come home at night. Usually I have to walk from the opposite side of the complex to get to my unit which was especially no fun when it snowed like crazy this past winter. The roads weren't plowed and it looked like a disaster area. The walls are thin. I live on the bottom floor and can hear my neighbors constantly. Even the lights shake sometimes. We've had a huge problem with bugs in the apartment. I swear, spiders are taking over my home. For a brand new apartment there are already quite a few things that are breaking. The landscaping is not kept up at all, the grass isn't green, if there's even grass at all. If you have a dog, I hope you don't mind walking it in dirt and weeds. Also, you can't break your lease unless you pay off the total balance. Do not move here! It's a serious mistake!
